Lior Glikshtern

IT Implementation Manager MCTS, MCITP, MCNPS, A+

With a degree in Computer Science and several industry standard certifications, Lior is a technically proficient Network/Systems Administrator with notable success directing a broad range of corporate IT initiatives while participating in the planning, implementation and support of small to large scale enterprise environments. Over twenty years of experience he has developed a diverse set of skills including server and desktop administration, support, document authoring, network architecture, design, business continuity and disaster planning

Enterprise skills include a deep technical understanding of Windows infrastructure services, virtualization, clustering, government technology requirements, standards compliance, and project management.

Lior has directed various large scale projects leveraging the latest technologies to improve upon mission critical services for law enforcement, emergency management, government management and corporate.

Johnathan Enns

IT Manager

Johnathan has been working in the IT field for over 8 years, previously providing IT support for the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He is experienced with the latest operating systems and a variety of hardware. Johnathan provides quality customer service to everyone he helps.

Marshall Arnold

Help Desk Manager

A Graduate of ITT Technical Institute, with a concentration in networked systems and desktop support, Marshall has over 22 years’ experience in building and servicing computers and information networks. Marshall worked among enterprise size IT companies until joining Systems MD in 2012. He carries various certification from CompTIA and Microsoft.

Mike Storms

Senior Systems Administrator

Graduating from the University of New Mexico, Mike Storms has been working as an IT specialist for 12 years. From 2006 to 2012 Mike worked exclusively in systems administration and IT management for a collection of medical facilities in the Albuquerque area. Prior to 2006 Mike worked in managed services consulting for a variety of different companies in and out of New Mexico. Mike now comes to Systems MD ready to serve the business community with a variety of experiences in server and systems administration, WAN/LAN engineering, disaster recovery preparation, and desktop support.

Eugene Romero

Systems Administrator

A graduate of the University of New Mexico. Eugene has obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics. Eugene Romero is experienced with the latest desktop hardware and operating system standards, and holds A+, Network+, and Security+ industry certifications.

Patrick Fajardo

Systems Administrator

Patrick comes to Systems MD with over 15 years of IT experience, most recently working at the Denver International Airport as a Systems Administrator. Patrick has also worked for Nice Systems and Qwest Communications and has experience with desktop and server administration.  He also has experience supporting server infrastructure, virtual environments, and data center support.

Josh Collins

Systems Administrator

Josh is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute with over 23 years of experience supporting complex computing environments combining Microsoft, Linux, and Apple systems as well as mobile device management for both iOS and Android devices. After starting out in a small local PC repair shop in 1999, Josh went on to work from 2001 to 2011 providing managed services throughout the Albuquerque area. From 2011 to 2012 he worked for Apple as remote support technician before heading to Santa Fe to work in a support and Administration role for the Gemini Rosemont corporate real estate company until 2015. Moving into the area of scientific research IT support for both Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute and the Mind Research network, he supported Windows, Linux, and Mac OSX systems. He also has over 9 years Active Directory Administration, network configuration and troubleshooting, and virtualization experience. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar.

Michael Bartlett

Systems Administrator

Mike Bartlett has worked in the IT industry for six years, in both business and consumer environments. He has an associate degree in computer information systems as well as A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications.

Jonathan Goss

Systems Administrator

Jonathan is a graduate from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s of Psychology and a minor in Computer Science. He has been working in the IT field for 3 years, most recently working for UNM IT supporting the classrooms around campus. He is currently working on obtaining his A+ certification.

James McGee

IT Support Specialist

James has over 12 years of experience in building and servicing computers as well as 5 years of experience with Linux server administration and Windows desktop/server administration.

Colter LeMoyne

IT Support Specialist

Colter has been working with computers for over 10 years, including experience with Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS. He is CompTIA A+ certified and Security+ certified and has an associate degree in computer information systems from CNM. In his spare time, he operates Albuquerque’s only vintage computing club.

Kelly Haddock

Sales and Marketing

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta, Kelly has experience working directly with clients to make sure all their needs are met. In the past, she has worked with companies geared toward customer service and now brings her experience to the business community with Systems MD.

Melanie Vigil

Office Manager PsyD

Melanie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She is a graduate of the Alliant International University/California School of Professional Psychology, holding a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. Melanie has an array of experience working in diverse settings. She previously practiced as a psychologist and brings forth knowledge on program development.

Annette Gonzalez

Sales Administrative Assistant

Annette Gonzalez is a native New Mexican, born and raised in Albuquerque. She completed a Bachelor of Science Dual Licensure Degree in Special Education at the University of New Mexico and began her career as a special education teacher for Albuquerque Public Schools. Annette recently held a Program Coordinator position in Chicana and Chicano Studies under College of Arts and Science with the Mellon Foundation Initiative Grant and prior to that position provided administrative and operational support to the 3-Tier Licensure Grant in the College of Education at UNM. She currently makes Systems MD her home as a Sales Administrative Assistant, bringing her previous experience as a small business owner.
